A flat-profile concrete roof tile in the Cotswold Stone surface style of VHR's Flat tile line. Per IAPMO UES ER-790 (Section 4.3.1, "Flat"), the Flat concrete tile family -- offered in Cotswold Stone, Custom Brushed, Shake, and Slate styles -- is classified Type III, low profile, measures 15-3/8 in. long by 10-1/4 in. wide with a nominal 15/16 in. thickness at the tile nose, and weighs 8.1 lb. per tile nominal, translating to 9.9 psf installed with a 3 in. head lap. Installed per the report on minimum 15/32 in. plywood decking over 30 lb. felt with 1x2 wood battens and 2-1/2 in. screws with a 3 in. overlap, the assembly achieves an ASTM E108 Class A fire rating and the tile complies with ASTM C1492.
