STRUCTO-CRETE Structural Roof Deck Panels are 3/4 inch, 4 by 8 foot tongue- and-groove cementitious panels screwed to cold-formed steel, bar joists or wood framing at up to 48 inches on center as a noncombustible structural roof deck for low- and steep-slope roofs, canopies and balconies, taking roof membranes or shingles directly and forming 1- and 2-hour fire-rated roof-ceiling assemblies. The submittal sheet prints noncombustibility to ASTM E136, flame spread 0 and smoke developed 0 (ASTM E84), Class A to UL790, FM approval with FM Class 1, ICC-ES Evaluation Report ESR-1792, a 150 psf ultimate uniform load at 48 inches on center on steel framing, a 1641 plf shear diaphragm rating, UL designs P561, P562 and P573 and UL uplift listing TGIK.R25352, and warns the panels must not be left in service without a roof or weather-resistive covering.
