Securock Gypsum-Fiber Roof Board is a facerless cover and recover board of gypsum and cellulose fibers with a uniform, water-resistant core, for low- slope roofs under built-up, fluid-applied, spray foam, metal, and polyester- reinforced single-ply or modified bitumen systems, adhered or mechanically attached; USG says it is made from 97 percent recycled material. The submittal sheet prints Class A to UL790 in 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 and 5/8 inch thicknesses, flame spread 5 and smoke developed 0 (ASTM E84), a maximum 10 for mold resistance (ASTM D3273), FM approval to FM 4450 and FM 4470 with FM Class 1, manufacture to ASTM C1278, 1,800 psi nominal compressive strength, 24 to 30 perms and 4 by 4 or 4 by 8 foot boards, with Type X compliance for the 5/8 inch panel. USG's warranty on the board runs 2 years from installation.
