Securock Gypsum-Concrete Patch (formerly Pyrofill) is a mill-formulated blend of calcined gypsum and wood chips, mixed on site with water only and poured to patch existing poured gypsum roof decks and vermiculite, perlite and cellular lightweight concrete decks. The submittal sheet prints compressive strength above 500 psi after set, a 30 to 60 minute set time, foot traffic and fasteners within four hours, a dry density of 50 to 52 pcf, R-0.67 per inch, 50 lb bags, a six-month shelf life, noncombustibility to ASTM E136, manufacture to ASTM C317, and use in UL roof deck designs P676, P503, P207, P229, P505, P507 and P783.
