A lightweight one-piece S clay roof tile in Westlake Royal's US Tile line, made from the same materials as standard-weight tile and designed for re-roofing, which Westlake Royal says reduces weight by as much as 40 percent; sold only in Arizona, California and Nevada. The product page states that select colors are Grade 1 tested and approved by ASTM C1167. The product page lists a Class A fire rating, a cool roof rating and a color fade limited warranty, and its FAQ states that US Tile products include a 50-year limited transferable warranty.
