A water-based, pressure-sensitive polymer primer that improves adhesion of self-adhesive modified bitumen membranes to metal flashings, concrete, masonry, wood decks and parapet walls. It is applied by roller or spray at about one gallon per 100 sq ft and turns from white to clear when dry. The data sheet lists 1 and 5 gallon pails, 60 percent solids by weight and a VOC of 0 g/l.
