A two-component, cold-applied modified asphalt flashing compound enhanced with polyurethane, used with reinforcement fabric to form a monolithic, self-adhering flashing membrane for details on modified bitumen and BUR roof systems. Each kit pairs a Part A modified asphalt compound with a pre-measured Part B hardener, in 2 and 4 gallon sizes. The data sheet lists coverage of about 25 sq ft per gallon at 60 mils, VOC under 100 g/l, and tensile and elongation values by ASTM D412 and hardness by ASTM D2240.
