U.S. Ply's smooth-surfaced APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified bitumen membrane reinforced with a non-woven polyester mat, applied by torch welding. It is used as a base, interply or cap membrane in modified bitumen roof systems. The data sheet lists a 3.5 mm (140 mil) thickness, 84 lb rolls of 39-3/8 in x 32 ft 9 in, and classification under ASTM D6222 Type I, Grade S. It states the product is UL Classified, FM Approved, listed under Florida Building Code FL-14405 and Texas Department of Insurance RC-123, and Miami-Dade County approved.
