A low-viscosity penetrating primer made from refined asphalt and petroleum solvent, used on concrete, masonry, wood decks and parapet walls before asphalt built-up or modified bitumen roofing is applied. It is applied by brush, roller, mop or commercial spray equipment and is not thinned. The data sheet lists a VOC of 350 g/l maximum and states the product meets or exceeds ASTM D41.
