A self-adhered, high-temperature roofing underlayment used as a secondary waterproofing barrier in sloped roof systems under shingles, metal, tile, slate and primed cedar shakes. The data sheet states it resists temperatures up to 240 F without adhesive degradation, may be left exposed for up to 180 days, and replaces No. 15 or No. 30 organic felt. It is an air, water and vapor barrier that must be installed over ventilated spaces, and it is listed on the Texas Department of Insurance list of acceptable alternative underlayments.
