U.S. Ply's smooth-surfaced, torch-grade SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified bitumen base sheet with a fiberglass mat, applied by torch welding. It is used as a base sheet or interply sheet in torch-applied modified bitumen roof systems. The data sheet lists a 3.0 mm (120 mil) thickness, 88 lb rolls of 39-3/8 in x 32 ft 9 in, and classification under ASTM D6163 Type I, Grade S. It states the product is UL Classified, FM Approved, and listed under Florida Building Code FL-8077 and Texas Department of Insurance RC-123.
