U.S. Ply's smooth-surfaced, SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified bitumen base sheet, manufactured with a fiberglass mat saturated and coated with asphaltic bitumen and SBS elastomers. It is mop- or cold-adhesive applied as a base sheet or interply sheet in modified bitumen and built-up roof systems and meets ASTM D6163 Type I, Grade S. The product data sheet states it is UL Classified, Factory Mutual approved, and listed with the Florida Building Code (FL-8077) and the Texas Department of Insurance (RC-123).
