U.S. Ply's granule-surfaced, SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified bitumen cap sheet, manufactured with a non-woven polyester mat and fiberglass strands for dimensional stability, tear strength and puncture resistance, saturated and coated with asphaltic bitumen and SBS elastomers. It is mop- or cold-adhesive applied as a cap sheet in modified bitumen roof systems and meets ASTM D6164 Type I, Grade G. The product data sheet states it is UL Classified and Factory Mutual approved.
