UREA-DEK 6490 is a two-component, high-solids, self-leveling aliphatic polyurea top coat designed for UPI traffic-bearing and roof coating systems where a low-VOC, fast-curing top coat is required, typically over UREA-DEK 6460 and 6470 polyurea membranes. It is applied by squeegee, roller or low-pressure airless spray at 100 to 133 square feet per gallon per coat for 12 to 16 wet mils, reaching initial set in about 2 hours at 77 degrees F. It comes in two standard colors, with non-stocking colors on a 180-gallon minimum, and has a nine-month shelf life.
