UI-7014 Series is a single-component, moisture-cured, medium-hardness, high-tensile polyurethane coating used as the intermediate waterproofing layer or aggregate-binding membrane in UPI's polyurethane deck and roof coating systems, and in special cases as the base membrane. It is applied at 80 to 100 square feet per gallon per coat for a 16 to 20 mil wet film and is offered in 100 VOC and 250 VOC versions. The M-C-THANE roofing specifications use the UI-7014-HT grade and list 2,250 psi tensile strength and 400 percent elongation (ASTM D412).
