UI-7013 Series is a single-component, liquid-applied, high-adhesion, moisture-cured polyurethane waterproofing membrane used as the base coat in most of UPI's polyurethane deck and roof coating systems, including the M-C-THANE roofing systems. It is applied over UPI epoxy primers at 40 to 50 square feet per gallon per coat for a 32 to 40 mil wet film, by squeegee, roller or notched trowel, and is supplied in light gray. Its technical data sheet gives a nine-month shelf life, and the M-C-THANE roofing specifications list typical values of 1,000 psi tensile strength and 550 percent elongation (ASTM D412).
