Shingle Heal is a single-component, fluid-applied, clear non-yellowing acrylic lock coat and sealer used to recondition existing granulated asphalt cap sheet and asphalt shingles and to re-adhere loose mineral granules. It is applied in two thin coats by airless sprayer, roller or brush at about 200 square feet per gallon per coat. The technical data sheet lists VOC under 100 g/L, a twelve-month shelf life, and 1- and 5-gallon containers, and states it is not for vehicular or frequent pedestrian traffic areas.
