ENVIRO-PRIME #7-WB is a three-component (resin, hardener and water) waterborne epoxy primer for UPI URADEK polyurethane and UREA-DEK polyurea deck and roof coating systems, and is the primer named in the UREA-DEK SYSTEM RC-1 roof surfacing system. It is sold as a kit yielding 5 gallons of mixed product, applied at 300 to 350 square feet per gallon for 1.5 to 2 dry mils, with a one-hour pot life and an 8 to 24 hour recoat window. The technical data sheet lists VOC under 20 g/L and 38 percent solids by weight (ASTM D2369).
