Urethane88 is a single-component, aliphatic, moisture-curing polyurethane roof coating for commercial and industrial roofs, sold as a two-coat system in which Urethane88 Gray (46-620) is the required basecoat and Urethane88 White (46-600) the required topcoat, over galvanized metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, smooth BUR, cured concrete and existing acrylic or urethane coatings. Its data sheets give 78 percent volume solids, 20 total wet mils and 15.6 total dry mils at 80 square feet per gallon, and list Miami-Dade and CRRC as standards met. The white data sheet names the required pairing as KST044600 Urethane88 White while the same sheet lists the white's own SKU as KST046600.
