Silicone44 is Uniflex's premium high-solids, moisture-cure silicone rubber roof coating, sold for resistance to ponding water over metal, single-ply membranes, smooth BUR, APP and SBS modified bitumen, spray polyurethane foam, cured concrete and existing roof coatings, and not for use on shingles. Its product data sheet (44-300 White) states it meets ASTM D6694, reports 425 percent elongation, 275 psi tensile strength and a solar reflectance index of 110, and lists Miami-Dade, NSF, UL, Title 24 and CRRC in its approvals table without naming the listings. The product page and the data sheet print different solids figures (94.7 percent by weight and 95 percent by volume on the page, 98 percent for both on the sheet) and different film builds (30 dry mils at 250 square feet per 5 gallons on the page, 22 dry mils at 75 square feet per gallon on the sheet).
