Silicone22 is Uniflex's lower-solids silicone rubber roof coating for ponding-water conditions, for use over metal, single-ply membranes, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, spray polyurethane foam, cured concrete and existing roof coatings, and not for use on shingles. Its product data sheet (44-500 White) reports 80 percent solids by weight and 68 percent by volume, a 22 mil dry film at 5 gallons per 250 square feet, 370 percent elongation, 261 psi tensile strength, a solar reflectance index of 103, reflectivity of 0.87 and thermal emissivity of 0.86, and a VOC of 246 g/L.
