Uniflex Premium Elastomeric Finish Coat is a 100 percent acrylic elastomeric roof coating used as the finish coat in Uniflex fluid-applied roofing systems over metal, urethane foam, concrete and, with a Uniflex basecoat, BUR, modified bitumen, cap sheets and single-ply membranes. The white product (41-300) is described as meeting ASTM D6083, and its data sheet lists Miami-Dade, NSF, UL, Title 24, CRRC and Factory Mutual in its approvals table without naming the listings. The line is also sold as Premium Elastomeric Tint Bases (41-30P, 41-30D and 41-30A) that can be custom matched to the Sherwin-Williams SherColor palette, whose data sheet reports an 8.4 mil dry film at 1 gallon per 100 square feet.
