Uniflex MS Hybrid Roofing Sealant is a moisture-curing, non-solvent hybrid bonding sealant sold for roofing and membrane systems, for sealing around through-roof projections, termination points, flashings and scrim edges. The page says it can be applied in damp conditions and reports 120 psi tensile at peak, 359% elongation at break and a Type A hardness of 33. It is sold as a 10 ounce cartridge, and the site lists clear, black and white versions of the same sealant.
