Uniflex Elastomeric MB Primer, called Elastomeric MB Base Coat on its data sheets, is a 100 percent acrylic primer for modified bitumen and asphaltic roof surfaces, including smooth BUR, smooth SBS modified bitumen and granular cap sheets, applied before Uniflex elastomeric roof coating. It is offered in white (41-510) and gray (41-512); the data sheets give 50 percent volume solids, an 8.0 mil dry film at 1 gallon per 100 square feet and VOC under 50 g/L, and say it must be topcoated within 48 to 72 hours. The pages show FM Approved and Miami-Dade logos under certifications and approvals. White comes in 275 gallon totes, 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails; gray in 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails.
