Ultra Seam US-200 is a mechanically seamed standing seam metal roof panel with a 2 inch seam, in 12, 14, 16 and 18 inch widths, offered in galvanized, Galvalume, aluminum, zinc, stainless and copper, with single or double interlock options and optional stiffening ribs or striations. The data sheet's load table covers 22 and 24 gauge ASTM A653 Grade D steel and .032 and .040 inch aluminum alloy 3004 H34. It lists a UL-90 rating, ASTM E1592 wind uplift, ASTM 2140, ASTM E1680 air infiltration and ASTM E1646 water penetration testing, and states a UL Class A fire rating and UL Class 4 impact resistance without naming the test standard. A curved version, US-200C, has its own data sheet and can be curved to a 20 foot minimum radius. The Kynar 500 finish carries a finish warranty of up to thirty years.
