The TRUFAST 2-inch Metal Seam Plate is an AZ-55 Galvalume-coated steel plate with reinforcing ribs, 0.030 inch thick with a 0.260-inch hole, used within fully bonded seams with TRUFAST #14HD, #14HD Bi-Metal Stainless Steel, #15EHD, Purlin, or 1/4-inch Concrete Spike fasteners to mechanically attach single-ply and modified-bitumen roof membranes to the substrate. A barbed 2-inch (0.030 in.) and a barbed 2.4-inch (0.040 in.) version are also offered for reinforced membranes. The data sheet states all three meet ASTM D 6294, FM 4470, and DIN 50018, and carry CE marking under DoP No. DoPTru02-2022-01-03 and European Technical Assessment ETA 19/0616.
