The TRUFAST #14 HD Fastener is a self-drilling screw with a #2 double- flute self-drilling point and a tapered-entry thread, engineered to secure insulation, cover boards, base sheets, and single-ply roof membrane systems to 16-22 gauge corrugated steel, wood, and concrete substrates. It is used with TRUFAST MP-2000, MPB-2000, MPB-2400 seam plates, MP-3000 and MPR-3000 insulation plates, and BB-18F/BB-18R batten bar, and is offered in lengths from 1 1/4 inch to 12 inches. The data sheet reports tensile strength of 3,200 lbf average ultimate under ASTM F606-10, shear strength of 2,200 lbf under NASM 1312-20, and corrosion resistance under FM 4470 and DIN 50018 of less than 15% red rust after 30 cycles, and carries CE marking under DoP No. DoPTru02-2022-01-03 and European Technical Assessment ETA 19/0616.
