TCM-LOK is a nail-strip standing seam roof panel with concealed screws, fastened directly to the roof deck. It comes 16 in. wide with 1 in. ribs in 24 or 26 gauge steel or .032 in. aluminum, or 15 in. wide with 1.5 in. ribs in 24 gauge steel, in flat, ribbed or striated profiles, for residential and light commercial roofs above 1/4:12 pitch with sealant recommended under 2:12. Finishes are Max, Core and Coastal Defender paint systems or Galvalume AZ55 mill finish, and a seam sealant bead on the male rib is required for warranty conformity. The maker lists Florida Product Approval 36904 for installs over plywood, OSB or shingles, and Miami-Dade NOA 24-1022.02 for the 1 in. 24 gauge steel panel over a wood deck. The aluminum version is made at the TCM plant or roll formed on the job site.
