SS-LOK is a clip-attached snap-lock standing seam roof panel with a 1 3/4 in. rib, which the maker states is manufactured at its TCM plant or roll formed on the job site. It is made typically in 24 gauge steel at 18 in. coverage, and in .040 in. aluminum at 16 in., in flat, ribbed or striated profiles, for residential and light commercial roofs at a 2:12 minimum slope. Finishes are the Max Defender paint system or Galvalume mill finish. The maker lists Florida Product Approval 36904 for installs over plywood and, for the steel panel, over 22 gauge steel deck.
