MS-LOK is a mechanically seamed standing seam roof panel whose seam is folded and sealed with a special folding machine. It is made in 24 gauge steel with a 1.5 in. rib at 16 in. coverage or a 2 in. rib at 14.75 or 18.75 in. coverage, in flat, minor ribbed or striated profiles, for roofs at a 1/4:12 minimum slope with sealant recommended under 2:12. Finishes are the Max Defender paint system or Galvalume AZ55 mill finish, with a 50-year limited paint warranty on Max or a 45-year limited mill finish warranty per the maker's page. The maker lists Florida Product Approval 36904 for installs over plywood and, for the 2 in. panel, over 22 gauge steel deck, and Miami-Dade NOA 24-1022.04 for the 1.5 in. 24 gauge panel over a wood deck.
