Trisotech HD CoverBoard is a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core integrally bonded to inorganic coated glass facers on both sides. It is 0.5 in thick in 4 x 8 ft and 4 x 4 ft panels, manufactured to ASTM C1289 Type II, Class 4, Grade 1 (80 psi minimum, up to 110 psi) and CAN/ULC-S704 Type 4, Class 3. It is used in mechanically attached, fully adhered and self-adhered single-ply roofing systems in new and re- roofing work.
