POWERply 250 Smooth is a smooth-surfaced SBS modified bitumen membrane reinforced with a heavy-duty non-woven polyester fabric, and the data sheet states it exceeds ASTM D6164, Type I, Grade S. It is designed for hot-applied and cold-process roof systems and flashings. Rolls are 2.3 mm (91 mil) thick, 39-3/8 in by 49 ft 2 in, covering 1.48 squares and weighing about 85 lb. The data sheet states that a variety of roof systems containing it are UL fire rated; the rating depends on the assembly.
