POWERply 250 FR is an asbestos-free, fire-resistant SBS modified bitumen cap sheet and flashing membrane surfaced with factory-applied white ceramic granules and reinforced with a heavy duty non-woven polyester fabric, for hot-applied and cold process roof systems. It is part of Tremco's POWERply Endure modified bitumen system and the data sheet marks it UL Classified for fire protection. The data sheet prints two different dimension statements: a 4.2 mm (165 mil) membrane on a 39 3/8-inch roll covering 95.8 square feet and weighing about 115 lbs, and a 3.3 mm (130 mil) membrane on a 3-foot roll covering 100 square feet and weighing about 101 lbs.
