Polarcote FR is an intumescent, fire-retardant, styrenated acrylic latex elastomeric roof coating. It is used as a final surface coat over smooth asphalt emulsions, flashings and modified bitumen membranes. The data sheet prints an SRI of 103 initial and 80 after 3 years, states it is listed in the CRRC Rated Products Directory, and lists 5 gal and 53 gal containers.
