ECOLastic is a water-based, asbestos-free emulsified blend of aromatic oils and additives formulated to be compatible with modified bitumen, tar and asphalt built- up roof membranes. It is used to maintain weathered, dry roof membranes, improve the self-healing of coal tar pitch and restore the pliability of built-up roof bitumens, and is also recommended as a surfacing adhesive for new gravel-surfaced asphalt, tar and modified bitumen roofs. It is applied by spray or brush and supplied in 5 and 55 gal containers, with 500 gal totes on special order.
