Brush Grade Mastic is a fibrated, asphalt-based mastic modified with SBS rubber, penetrating oils and plasticizers. It is used to adhere bituminous flashing plies and SBS modified bitumen flashing membranes to vertical surfaces, and for roof repairs including emergency repairs over damp surfaces. It is supplied in 3 gal containers, and the data sheet reports properties tested to ASTM D4586 methods.
