AlphaGuard Si 100 is a high-solids, single-component, moisture-cure silicone roof coating used as the base coat of the AlphaGuard Si Roof Restoration System. It is applied over weathered built-up, modified bitumen, single-ply, and spray polyurethane foam (SPUF) roofs to restore and waterproof the existing surface without tear-off, and meets or exceeds ASTM D6694, the standard specification for liquid-applied silicone coating used in spray polyurethane foam roofing systems.
