AlphaGuard BIO Top Coat is a two-component, bio-based polyurethane liquid-applied top coat used in the AlphaGuard BIO system, including restoration of weathered smooth asphalt-based BUR, modified bitumen and single-ply roofs. The data sheet lists 3.1 gal pail kits and 140 gal drum kits, white for all applications, with alternate colors limited to non-skid walkway striping. It lists 100% volume and weight solids, a 1 g/L VOC, and a top-coat rate of 2 gal per square (32 wet mils).
