AlphaGuard BIO Base Coat is a high-solids, low-VOC, virtually odorless liquid roof coating formulated with 70% bio-based content that has attained BioPreferred certification from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. It is the base layer of the AlphaGuard BIO Roof Restoration System, used to restore or repair approved roofing substrates and structural concrete decks, or as a component in new roofing assemblies including vegetated roofing systems.
