Topps Seal is the flagship of Topps' maintenance roof coating line, a solvent-borne rubber elastomeric coating that cures to a seamless layer over metal, modified bitumen, BUR, polyurethane foam, concrete and EPDM roofs, with the maker directing users to its base coat for PVC and EPDM, to Topps Seal WB over aluminum coatings and to Topps Seal PF where water ponds. Its technical data sheet lists 900 percent minimum elongation, 1,500 psi minimum tensile strength, 49 percent minimum solids, VOC under 500 g/L, a -40 to 140 degree F service range, solar reflectivity of 86.07 percent and initial and aged SRI of 108 and 92, and says the white meets Energy Star specifications. It comes in 12 standard colours, with custom colours available.
