Topps Seal PF (Ponding Formula) is a white rubber elastomeric roof coating with added ponding-water resistance, used for all coats on metal, modified bitumen, BUR, polyurethane foam and concrete roofs that hold water after rain, over Bondit bleed-through blocker on bitumen and not over aluminum coatings. Its technical data sheet lists 900 percent elongation, 1,500 psi tensile strength, 49 to 52 percent solids, VOC under 500 g/L and a -40 to 140 degree F service range. The data sheet says it resists standing water for up to 72 hours after rain, while the product page says up to seven days.
