Topps Seal Excel is a resin-rich, higher-performance version of Topps Seal, a solvent-borne rubber ultra-elastomeric roof coating for metal, modified bitumen, BUR, polyurethane foam, concrete and EPDM roofs. Its technical data sheet lists 1,000 percent minimum elongation, 2,250 psi minimum tensile strength, 49 percent minimum solids, VOC under 500 g/L, a -40 to 140 degree F service range, reflectivity of 87.75 percent and thermal emittance of 0.88, and the product page says the white keeps Energy Star performance after aging. It comes in ultra-white and 11 other standard colours, with custom colours available.
