Topps Seal Base Coat is an off-white rubber elastomeric first coat that builds thickness economically under a white Topps Seal finish coat on metal, modified bitumen, BUR, polyurethane foam and concrete roofs, applied over Bondit bleed-through blocker on bitumen, with a separate grade specified for EPDM and PVC. Its technical data sheet lists 550 percent minimum elongation, 1,000 psi minimum tensile strength, 50 percent minimum solids, VOC under 500 g/L and a -40 to 140 degree F service range.
