Topps High Build Silicone (also labelled SILKOXY-EZ on its data sheet) is a high-solids, single-component, moisture-cure silicone roof coating that the maker says bonds to weathered TPO, PVC and EPDM without primer and resists ponding water, and which is not intended for asphalt shingle roofs. Its technical data sheet lists 205 psi tensile strength and 468 percent elongation (ASTM D-2370), an SRI of 110, reflectivity of 0.87, 91 percent solids by weight and 90 percent by volume, VOC under 50 g/L and an 18-month shelf life, in white and light gray. The product page says it cures white and is tack-free in 2 to 4 hours, while the data sheet gives a 20-to-30-minute tack-free time; the data sheet also pairs a -80 F lower limit with -37 C.
