Craftsman Shake is Tilcor's textured, stone-coated steel tile with a deep-ribbed profile designed to enhance shadow lines and replicate traditional wood shake. Panels measure 52 5/32 in. overall length by 14 1/2 in. width of cover, 20 tiles per square, roughly 128 lb per square, installed at a minimum 3/12 roof pitch. It is covered under Tilcor North America's UL Evaluation Report ER38401-01 for fire classification (ANSI/UL 790 / ASTM E108) and wind uplift resistance (ANSI/UL 1897, ANSI/UL 580) under ICC-ES AC166, has its own salt-spray corrosion test report (ASTM B117) and is covered under Texas Department of Insurance Product Evaluation RC-523 for wind load.
