A custom-fabricated roof curb welded from minimum-18-gauge AZ55 Galvalume steel with a 1-1/2" thick, 3 lb. density rigid insulation core, an integral water-deflecting cricket, and an attachment flange built to match the roof's standing-seam or rib-panel profile and pitch. Offered as fixed-cell-cap (TC-3 MBDF, MBDN) or loose-cell-cap retrofit (TC-3 MBD Retro) types, with structural double curbs specified for units over 1,500 lb on standing-seam roofs or 2,500 lb on screw-down roofs.
