A flat interlocking clay roof tile with deep side joints, which Tejas Borja prints at 18.7 by 11.2 inches, 7.7 lb per piece and 95 pieces per square, with a useful width of 9.65 inches, a variable batten distance of 14.37 to 15.75 inches and a recommended minimum pitch of 30 percent (17 degrees). It can be laid staggered or with continuous joints and is offered in BorjaJET digitally printed finishes and BorjaLINE colors. ICC-ES report ESR-2111, which Tejas Borja posts on its site, lists its clay tiles as Class A roof coverings when installed per that report; ESR-2111 classifies it as Type III, Grade 1 to ASTM C1167.
