Premium-grade tapersawn shakes from Teal-Jones in red or yellow cedar, in 18- and 24-inch lengths and 5/8, 3/4 and 7/8 inch butt thicknesses. The product details sheet prints 7 1/2-inch exposure for 18-inch and 10-inch exposure for 24-inch shakes, ridge cap availability, and CCA, Class B and Class C pressure treatments. Teal lists third-party inspection by QAI, UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance and a Miami-Dade NOA for its cedar products.
