Versa-Span is a long-length standing seam roof panel combining fluted steel pans with a lock-action rib and concealed fasteners on a floating clip system, which Taylor Metal states enables installation on low-pitched roofs. It has a 1-3/4 inch rib and 12, 14, 16 or 18 inch coverage, in 24 and 22 gauge Kynar 500 painted steel, .032 and .040 inch aluminum, bare Zincalume Plus, 22 gauge Rusteel Plus, or copper, with lengths up to 60 feet and on-site roll forming for longer panels; the maker recommends a 2:12 minimum pitch and offers a weathertightness warranty. The Salem-produced version cites ICC-ES ESR-5046 and UL Evaluation Report ER25913-01, and the page states a limited lifetime residential paint warranty and a 40-year commercial paint warranty.
