Clip-Lock is a snap-together standing seam roof panel on a floating clip system with concealed fasteners, produced in Sacramento and Riverside, California. It comes as Clip-Lock 100 with a 1 inch rib and 13 or 17 inch coverage, or Clip-Lock 150 with a 1-1/2 inch rib and 15.5 inch coverage, in 24 and 22 gauge Kynar 500 painted steel, .032 and .040 inch aluminum, bare Zincalume Plus or copper, in 3 to 50 foot lengths, with a 3:12 minimum pitch recommended. The product page cites ICC-ES ESR-5046, cites UL Evaluation Report ER25913-01 and UL Construction No. 589 for Clip-Lock 150 only, and lists UL 580 Class 90 wind uplift, UL 790 Class A fire and UL 2218 Class 4 impact testing. It states a limited lifetime residential and a 40-year commercial paint warranty.
